Over the past 30 years that FamilyLife NZ has been serving couples in Aotearoa, we've come to realise that the need is much greater than we're able to serve as a small team. This is why we are focused on building capacity so that we can serve our beautiful community better because we know when people develop effective relationship skills, their relationships flourish!

In order to serve relationships even better across our beautiful Aotearoa, we are looking to grow the team this year.

There are 4 key strategic positions we're hoping to bring on board over the next 12 months that will significantly change the scale at which we are able to reach couples with the much-needed message of help and hope for their relationships.

Here are the 4 capacity-building positions we need to bring on board this year:

The goal is to increase our annual operational budget by $235,000 through monthly and annual partnerships so we can achieve this much-needed growth and reach more families.
